It includes post-birth education and day or night newborn support for mother and child. You will get guidance on maternity recovery measures after a surgical or vaginal birth alongside infant care, including bathing, diapering, and sleep & calming methods.

Includes continuous informational, physical, and emotional support during pregnancy and just after birth. Guidance through practices that help to ease discomfort, speed up the pregnancy process, and help with the correct positioning of your baby.

 A lactation educator specialist works with you to understand your goals for breastfeeding and provides one on one breastfeeding education to new mothers.

Nutrition can make a world of difference during pregnancy and after birth. Usually, when a woman conceives, she becomes more concerned about her nutrition and overall health. She starts asking questions about healthy food choices. I work with expecting and nursing mothers to provide optimal nutrition during pregnancy and after birth.

Regardless of the outcome, a baby has been born. 

I provide emotional and physical support to families, enabling them to make safe decisions in the midst of their grief. I walk a very sensitive path with honesty and empathy, creating a safe space for you to grieve your loss.
